Original declare: All of our products are original brand new equipment, no clone, no refurbished, no used. 2. Ship time: Normally it will take 24 hours for Aliexpress system to verify payment. Then we normally can ship it in 24~48hours. 3. Shipping way: 1) In general, we will arrange the delivery of the goods according to your choice. But we will refer to other logistics methods to choose the best logistics and transportation. The seller can choose other shipping method. 2) DHL: DHL is fast and will take around 3-7days for most countries, but it may cause custom duty. 3) Other Express: We also might offer Singapore EMS, UPS, FedExand so on for options. Please check the shipping ways for your country by select your country on the "shipping". 4. Accept package: If seal has been broken, tampered with or removed, or package broken; please open parcel to check inside contents in presence of delivery people. Reject shipment if goods are lost or broken. In post office, please must check weight against the weight data on the package; normally we write real weight on the package. Reject the package if weight is obviously difference. Or ask post office to get ACT. After you sign receipt, open box to check inside content in front of post people, ask post people to get proof if content is difference or broken. 5. Warranty Time: 1. "One-Year Repair Warranty" in Aliexpress: 1.)Please inform us within 3 days with clear photos or video if you receive goods with problem. We can offer discount or full refund or replacement after confirm problem. We bear return shipping cost 15 usd. 2) Please inform us within 7 days with clear photos or video if you receive goods with problem. We can offer full refund or replacement after confirm problem. The returned freight charge is on customer, and we could offer $5 coupon as compensation. 3).After accept package within 7 days, if product with problem, can get free maintenance, or replacement at cost 10~50usd if get some scratches or other can’t removed marking. The returned freight charge is on customer, we bear shipping back cost from us to you. 4.) After accept package within 1 month ~ 6 months, if product with problem, can get free maintenance. Customer bear two way shipping cost. 5.) After accept package within 6 month ~ 24 months, can offer maintenance at customer’s cost. Customer pays our labor cost 15usd + repair cost. Also bear two way shipping cost. 6). All accessories will be fully inspected before shipment, and warranty is 1 month. 7). Free gifts don’t get any warranty, if any quality problem within 3 days, can send replacement in next order. 8). Promotion products only offer replacement or maintenance. 9). Artificial damages, include screen dropped or broken, scratches and some other problems incurs by abused, is out of free warranty, customer need to pay freight and repair cost. 10.)For equipment, most problems might be related with firmware, if you install any 3rd party firmware without our permission, will be lost free warranty. Consumables (for example the battery) not included in the free reparing (warranty) scope. And pls send the form to our Repair specialist email box before you send the products back. Must send application form before send any goods to us for warranty, otherwise, we will reject shipment. 6. Warranty Procedure: 1. Write a message under the order to show the problem you met, and decrcibe what you have down before it appears; 2. We will confirm problems with you, pls also shoot videos as we asked, and upload in Youtube Channel and post us the link; 3. If we reached an agreement with each other to fix it in locally, pls post the test report and the receipt under the order, so that we can apply partial refund; (Due to fix it locally, so Factory cannot test item, then they will not take it as their warranty) 4. Return Factory to fix, pls pay attention to the following details before sending (please contact our service team first before you return the parcel): (PS: If you ready to send the item back, pls show us the IMEI and SN information first, after record, we will provide return policy under message.) A. Fill the information as following and print it out and put the paper in the parcel(IMPORTANT!!!), or we can’t recognize your parcel. Order NO: Buyer ID: Problem description: Returned address: (For sending item back to you after repair, if not offered then we arrange via your address in Aliexpress by default) B. Please use Post Office or Air Mail or Regular Mail to return to us, don't send by DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT/EMS or any other Express delivery, otherwise the parcel will be held by custom or returned, and expensive custom duty incurring and we won’t bear for that!!! C. Returned tracking No. and tracking website should be offered once parcel shipped (Important!!!) so that we could follow the parcel. Give us a picture of the receipt attached on the parcel and post it in the order message. D. Please send full package back(including all accessories); If there is no accessories, part of fee need to be deducted from the refund in dispute. Or if you send it back for repair, the repair will be delayed due to there is no fully accessories. E. When we received the returned parcel,we will let you know within 1~3 working days. 7. Custom duty: We are not responsible for any delays caused by custom clearance. Also it is customer’s responsible for any custom duties, taxes or other costs related with custom clearance. DHL might also charge commission and warehouse cost related with custom clearance. If you have any requirement for custom invoice, must mention in order message or inform us before place order, otherwise, we will make declaration per our experience. 8. Feedback: Per our warranty terms, after customer receive goods, If you confirm order delivery and leave 5 star feedback in 3 or 7 days, can get extra warranty time as below. Leave 5 stars feedback in 3 days; add extra 6 months free warranty time, total free warranty time is 12 months. Leave 5 stars feedback in 7 days; add extra 3 months free warranty time, total free warranty time is 9 months. In other case, it’s default 6 months free warranty time.
